What Is RapidPak Medication Packaging?
RapidPak organizes eligible medications into individual packets according to the time of day they are scheduled to be taken.
Packets can be organized for:
- Morning
- Noon
- Evening
- Bedtime
Each packet is clearly labeled to help you know which medications are scheduled for that particular time of day.
RapidPak Service: $15 per month + applicable prescription copays
Up to 20 medications can be included in the service.
How Does RapidPak Work?
Getting started is simple.
1. Enroll in RapidPak
Talk with our pharmacy team to see if RapidPak is a good fit for your medication routine.
2. We organize your medications
Eligible medications are packaged into convenient packets according to the times they are scheduled to be taken.
3. We review your medications each month
About one week before your next RapidPak is due, a member of our pharmacy team will contact you or your caregiver to review your medications and ask about any recent changes.
4. We prepare your next RapidPak
We’ll update your upcoming packaging based on the current medication information available to us.
5. Pick it up or have it delivered
Once everything is prepared, we’ll contact you or your caregiver to let you know your RapidPak is ready for pickup or delivery.
Personalized Every Month
Medications can change, and your packaging needs to keep up.
That’s why our monthly review is such an important part of RapidPak.
About a week before your next package is due, we’ll call you or your caregiver and ask whether you’ve had any medication changes, including:
- New medications
- Discontinued medications
- Dose changes
- Changes to when a medication is taken
This review helps us identify medication changes and keep your upcoming packaging aligned with the information we have on file.
What If My Medication Changes During the Month?
Sometimes a doctor changes a medication after your RapidPak has already been prepared.
If that happens, call us.
Don’t try to guess which tablet should be removed from your packets or where a new medication should be added. Contact the Cushing Family Pharmacy team so we can review the medication change and tell you what to do next.
Keeping us informed about medication changes is an important part of keeping your medication list and future RapidPaks up to date.
Can Vitamins and Over-the-Counter Medications Be Included?
RapidPak isn’t necessarily limited to prescription medications.
Depending on the product and your medication regimen, we may also be able to include certain over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and dietary supplements in your packets.
Having more of your regularly scheduled medications and supplements organized together can make your daily routine even simpler.
Tell our pharmacy team about everything you take, including prescriptions, OTC products, vitamins, and supplements, so we can determine what can appropriately be included.

You can pick up your medications at Cushing Family Pharmacy or, when eligible, have them brought to you through our prescription delivery service.
