Medication Sync is a free service that helps simplify your prescription routine by coordinating your eligible maintenance medications so they’re ready for pickup, or delivery, on the same day each month. Instead of trying to remember multiple refill dates, you have one convenient day to receive your medications.
How Does Medication Sync Work?
Once you’re enrolled, our pharmacy team takes care of the coordination for you.
The best part is that your medications don’t already have to be due on the same day. We work behind the scenes to gradually align your eligible prescriptions whenever possible, making the process easy and convenient.
About a week before your scheduled refill date, one of our pharmacy team members will contact you or your caregiver to review your medications.
During this call, we’ll discuss any changes, including:
- New medications that have been added
- Medications that have been discontinued
- Dose changes
- Questions or concerns you may have
If refills are needed or changes have been made to your medications, we’ll contact your healthcare provider to request refills or clarify any updates.
Once everything has been approved, we’ll coordinate your prescriptions so they’re ready for pickup, or delivery, on your preferred day each month.
